School Rules

SCHOOL RULE FOR ADMISSIONS

The school caters for students of pre-nursery, Nursery, LKG and UKG. The new academic session begins in the months of April every year. Admission forms are issued in February and admission starts in early March. Two months tuition fee will be charged at the time ofadmission for a new academic year (i.e. for April & May). For admission to LKG/UKG child must be three/four years as on 31* March of the year in which admission is being sought. An interactive session will be held with the children seeking direct admission in UKG. If found unsuitable will be admitted in LKG. Application for admission is to be submitted to the Little Bunny School on a prescribed form available with the office. Original birth certificate will be produced at the time of admission. The birth certificate will be returned immediately after verification.
The order of priority for admission will be as follows:
1st: Children of railway employees
2nd : Children of non-railway personnel.

    ADMISSION AND WITHDRAWAL
  1. Newadmissions are subjected to availability of seats/vacancy.
  2. Parents will be required to pay the prescribed school fee in advance. The fees once paid will not be refunded, even if the child, for any reason, leaves the school immediately after the admission.
  3. Transferred students will be admitted subject to the availability of seats.
  4. School leaving Certificatewill be issued only after:-
    1. The parent/ guardian apply for the same.
    2. The parent/ guardian clear all the outstanding dues.
    3. One month notice in writing (on the prescribed form) must be given by parents who wish to withdraw their children from the school, falling which one-month tuition fee will be charged in lieu of notice.
  5. Atthe time of admission, the following documents are required:
    • Admission form duly filled.
    • Original Birth Certificate.
    • Medical Certificate.
    RULES OF ATTENDANCE & LEAVE
  1. Regularity and punctuality of a student is a must for all round proper development of a student. It is important to inculcate the value of punctuality in a student from an early age.
  2. A minimum of 80% attendance is expected for promotion of a student to the next class.
  3. In case any student reaches school late, he/she can be allowed to attend the school with permission of Principal of the school subject to submission of valid reasons.
  4. If a child is suffering from any of the following, he/she should not be sent to the school. In case, a child develops any of the following after coming to school, he/she will be temporarily excluded from the class and sent back home as soon as possible:-
    • Fever with behaviourial changes.
    • Uncontrollable coughing.
  5. Students suffering from the following diseases must observe the prescribed period of quarantine as prescribed by the attending Doctor before returning to class.
    1. Chicken pox
    2. Cholera
    3. Measles
    4. Mumps
    5. Whooping cough
    6. Jaundice
  6. Absence/withdrawal from school:
    1. In case a student is likely to absent for more than 3 days then the leave application should be sen to the principal or else the leave note shall be filled up in the format given in the School Diary for information and permission of the class teacher.

GENERAL RULES

A student should carry his/her School Diary everyday to school with his/her personal record completed and signed by the parents.

  1. Students are expected to reach school 15 minutes before school timing.
  2. Students should be neatly dressed. The school uniform is to be worn everyday and for all the school activities.
  3. RESIDENTIAL ADDRESS : Address shell be filled up in student diary in two copies. Change in address must be intimated to the class teacher and in the office, School Diary & Identity card corrected.
  4. the PARENT TEACHER's MEETING is held on the last working day of each month, parents mustattend the meeting.

  7. IDENTITY CARD : Identity card must be worn daily and hankerchief should also be pinned along with it.
  8. BOOKS shall be from the nominate book seller/Publisher. Books should be covered by transparent cover and note books by brown cover. Books & copies should be properly labeled.
  9. Sikh boys must wear only Navy Blue turban/Patka.
  10. Non-sikh boys should get their hair cut at regular intervals.
  11. During winter season the students can wear Navy Blue Sweaters/ Scarfs/ Caps.

SCHOOL FEES

All fees are to be deposited in Central Bank of India, DRM Offce Branch Bilaspur in advance in 06 instalments between 10th to 25th of every month. After due date, a penalty of Rs.100/-will be charged per month of delay in submission of fees. Name of the student will be taken off the roll if fees are not paid continuous three month. Readmission will be considered only on payment of all arrears and re-admission fees of Rs. 1000/-along with late fees.

Admission fees should be paid as under:
1st instalment shall be for 2 months i.e. APR-MAY.
2nd instalment shall be for 2 months i.e. JUN-JULY.
9th instalments shall be for 2 month i.e. FEB-MARCH. Remaining instalment shall be paid on monthly basis. Additional pay-in-slip booklet will be issued @ Rs.50/-

Some Words from Parents

  • APPEAL TO PARENTS Kindly send your child in clean and ironed clothes/complete uniform daily. The parents should check the School Diary everyday for message from the teachers as well as use School Diary to communicate with the teachers. Leave application, sick leave needs to communicated to the teachers through the School Diary. The child should be brought to school in time. If the child reaches the school earlier, parents should not leave the school premises until the teachers take charge. The school authorities should be informed about the identity of the person who will be bringing and taking the child from school everyday No child will be allowed to leave before the scheduled hours unless there is a valid reason & permission is granted. The parents are not allowed to enter the classroom during school hours. Parents should not send any valuable items with their children to the school. The school authorities will not be responsible for the loss of the same or for any harm caused to the children because of the same. An extra set of cloths along with under clothes should be kept in school bag throughout the year. If the clothes are soiled and taken home, they should be replaced the next day without fail. Even thought a seperate a school calender will be issued, parents are expected to read the notices from time to time regarding holidays and other activities of the school. Parent-teacher meeting are held to keep the parents updated with their child's progress at school.
