SCHOOL RULE FOR ADMISSIONS
The school caters for students of pre-nursery, Nursery, LKG and UKG. The new academic session begins in the months of April every year. Admission forms are issued in February and admission starts in early March. Two months tuition fee will be charged at the time ofadmission for a new academic year (i.e. for April & May). For admission to LKG/UKG child must be three/four years as on 31* March of the year in which admission is being sought. An interactive session will be held with the children seeking direct admission in UKG. If found unsuitable will be admitted in LKG. Application for admission is to be submitted to the Little Bunny School on a prescribed form available with the office. Original birth certificate will be produced at the time of admission. The birth certificate will be returned immediately after verification.
The order of priority for admission will be as follows:
1st: Children of railway employees
2nd : Children of non-railway personnel.
ADMISSION AND WITHDRAWAL
- Newadmissions are subjected to availability of seats/vacancy.
- Parents will be required to pay the prescribed school fee in advance. The fees once paid will not be refunded, even if the child, for any reason, leaves the school immediately after the admission.
- Transferred students will be admitted subject to the availability of seats.
- School leaving Certificatewill be issued only after:-
- The parent/ guardian apply for the same.
- The parent/ guardian clear all the outstanding dues.
- One month notice in writing (on the prescribed form) must be given by parents who wish to withdraw their children from the school, falling which one-month tuition fee will be charged in lieu of notice.
- Atthe time of admission, the following documents are required:
- Admission form duly filled.
- Original Birth Certificate.
- Medical Certificate.
SCHOOL FEES
All fees are to be deposited in Central Bank of India, DRM Offce Branch Bilaspur in advance in 06 instalments between 10th to 25th of every month. After due date, a penalty of Rs.100/-will be charged per month of delay in submission of fees. Name of the student will be taken off the roll if fees are not paid continuous three month. Readmission will be considered only on payment of all arrears and re-admission fees of Rs. 1000/-along with late fees.
Admission fees should be paid as under:
1st instalment shall be for 2 months i.e. APR-MAY.
2nd instalment shall be for 2 months i.e. JUN-JULY.
9th instalments shall be for 2 month i.e. FEB-MARCH. Remaining instalment shall be paid on monthly basis. Additional pay-in-slip booklet will be issued @ Rs.50/-
